Acceptance and Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using the Location Saver application ("App") on iOS or Android, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to both the iOS version (available on Apple App Store) and the Android version (available on Google Play Store) of Location Saver.

Service Description

Location Saver is a mobile application for iOS and Android that allows users to:

• Save and edit locations
• Organize locations into categories and groups
• Add notes and descriptions to saved locations
• Share locations with others
• Get directions to saved locations
• View locations on a map
• Sync data across devices via cloud services

User Account

Account Requirements

• You need a valid Apple ID (for iOS) or Google account (for Android) to use the app
• You must be at least 13 years old
• Cloud synchronization requires an active account

Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your account credentials with others and report suspicious activity immediately.

Acceptable Use

When using the App, you must follow these rules:

Intellectual Property

App Content

The App and its content (design, code, graphics, logos) belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright laws.

User Content

Content you add to the App (location notes, titles, etc.) belongs to you. However, you are responsible for ensuring this content is legal and appropriate.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Version

Our app can be used for free with basic features.

Premium Features

Premium subscriptions are available for advanced features:

• Payments are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
• Subscriptions are managed by RevenueCat
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancellation is done through your device's app store settings
• No refunds for unused periods

Disclaimer

Service Warranty

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Location information will be 100% accurate
• The app will be compatible with all devices

Location Accuracy

GPS and location services can be affected by various factors. Do not rely solely on our app for critical decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

• Data loss or damage
• Problems arising from incorrect location information
• Third-party service interruptions
• Indirect, special, or consequential damages

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your service in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected illegal activity
• Harming other users
• System abuse

Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms at any time:

• Prior notice will be given for significant changes
• Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms
• If you don't accept the Terms, you should stop using the app

Governing Law

These Terms are subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where the app developer is located. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.

Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services:

• Apple Maps / Google Maps: Map and location services
• Google Firebase: Authentication, data storage, and analytics
• Apple iCloud: Data synchronization (iOS)
• RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase management
• Google Analytics: Anonymous usage analytics

Use of these services is subject to the respective providers' own terms and conditions.

Platform-Specific Terms

iOS (Apple)

In addition to these Terms, the Apple Standard EULA also applies.

Android (Google)

In addition to these Terms, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.
